The Challenge

The client was looking for an external warehousing operation for their aftermarket business so as to free up factory space for production, and to simultaneously overhaul their supply chain processes. They wanted a more sustainable, dependable and scalable warehousing operation. The priority was to have a world class facility to operate out of.
