A leading manufacturer of furniture for offices, hospitals and classrooms was looking for a Warehousing Solution that is ready to move in and 100% flexible.

The Challenge

The client had a sudden surge in demand and to ramp up their production they wanted additional space in the production facility, and hence decided to move their Finished Goods (FG) to an external warehouse facility. They wanted a flexible warehousing solution whereby they do not commit to a fixed warehousing monthly cost and can increase/decrease the storage on a daily basis depending on the volume.

KSH Logistics provided a solution in its Multi Client Warehouse Facility. KSH provided them with ground storage options to meet the requirement of storing the FG in bulk storage as per Sales orders. The client was able to move the inventory from their plant to the warehouse in a days’ time post-agreement signing.

KSH provided a flexible warehousing solution for their box-in box-out operation, 100% storage as per sales order, vehicle stuffing as per customer’s standard by using dunnage bags, system entry documentation, reporting, and inventory management.
